Venue and Function Hire Information
The Durban Shongweni Club facilities are available for hire to members and non members for functions such as small weddings and company functions.
Deck R2 000 Incl Vat
The Barn (Hall) R4 000 Incl Vat
Additional Bar staff and waitrons can be provided at R250 per staff member for the evening.
If the function holder requires decor, tables, chairs etc then an additional quote for these items will be supplied to the function holder for approval.
Catering can be provided the cost thereof will be dependent of the function holders requirements. All Catering to be done by us.
We are a fully licensed facility so no drinks can be brought onto the premises. If you have specific requirements that we do not STOCK we will order in for your function.
A non refundable venue hire deposit must be paid to secure your booking and the balance to be paid no later than 24 hours after the function has taken place.
